Keep watching this page for Congressional District 8 special primary-election results.
Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s office reports that the first results—mostly from early-voter and mail-in ballots—will be published around 8 p.m.
Word around town is that Election Day turnout has been fairly light. That means the early-voter/mail-in count may constitute the bulk of the results. In other words, barring a surprisingly close race, we will know the GOP nominee around 8 p.m.
Whether it’s a blowout or it’s close, keep your eye here for results, reaction and photos.
This article appears in Apr 12-18, 2012.

Would really prefer just the results and not your reaction.
Tough, matthew.

It’s irrelevant……the Tucson majority will put Barber in because of the sympathy card….sucks, but the vast majority are idiots.
