Check out this massive buffet restaurant under construction on the northwest corner of Speedway Boulevard and Swan Road. There’s no word yet on when Hibachi Super Buffet will open, but judging from the stacks of plywood inside the building it could be a while.
I have not done a scientific analysis of the various all-you-can-eat Asian eateries in town, but I’m pretty sure this is going to be one of the bigger ones. I’m attempting to get in touch with owner Lian Liang, but no luck so far. We’ll let you know when we learn more.
