Krispy Kreme in front of El Con Mall is closed. I wonder what will happen to that ugly structure? Will they tear it down? Will another business move in and make it look different? Or will it just linger vacant for a long time?

I have heard rumors that an In and Out Burger will be going into the old Krispy Kreme on Oracle, so maybe they will be putting one in at the El Con location as well.
Elaine: Thanks for the info. I doubt that’s the case, however. In-n-Out already has an address and has started construction at El Con, so my hunch is it would be too late for them to jump in the Krispy Kreme space at El Con, even if they wanted.
