The answer is Federal law. Under Federal law, states will be prohibited from enacting laws on their own behalf. The Federal Government will have full control of what laws are to be in forced . If they want your guns, they’ll simply take them, if Washington demands it. If Washington decides it’s better off taking your religious rights away for the common good, they’ll take them. If Washington decides to quench the freedom of speech , which they’re already in the process of doing so, it will be terminated. Once the Democrats manage to pack the supreme court,(and they will) the skis the limit. What ever rights were granted to us by the constitution will be terminated by the power of the court.
The full transformation from a Republic, to a Socialist government, is in the horizon, and most Americans are not even aware of it.

The most recent, which was published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in 2019, found “no significant evidence of antiblack disparity in the likelihood of being fatally shot by police,” and instead determined that “race-specific county-level violent crime strongly predicts the race of the civilian shot.”
In other words, it is the violent crime rate of a given race—not race itself—that determines the likelihood a member of that race will be shot and killed by a law enforcement officer.

The morning news showed Austin Tx under assault by the homeless. The Mayor could not explain why murder was up 50%. he is not sure how it has happened. One Council person said, “this is what you get when there is only one Republican on a Council of Democrats.” Is this what their citizens voted for?
We all know how hard it is to unseat an incumbent. Or is it really the voting machines after all? Why would you reelect incompetent leaders.
