This was said by Rep Maxine Waters about the trial of Officer Dereck Chauvin. Is this not inciting people to riot (or keep rioting, if you are in in Portland)?

The fundamental difference, of course, is that one group is protesting the centuries-long injustice of pervasive structural racism in law enforcement that still results in their people being murdered by cops with impunity to this very day, while the other group is protesting…what? Nothing. The fascists that overran the capitol (with the help of the Capitol Police, see point #1 above) were protesting under an utterly false pretense, an election-theft fantasy they’ve concocted as a desperate attempt to prevent the erosion of their white supremacy.
False moral equivalencies aside, it’s pretty dang clear whose grievances need to be redressed, and who needs to STFU and stand down.
America was founded on the principals of religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom to keep and bare arms, among other liberties. My question is, “do you do away with the freedom the Constitution provides altogether,or do you hold accountable those responsible for violating the rights of others ?”
