Capt. AZ: this is not new. BP has been pouring out jugs of water for decades. The girl and her father crossed in New Mexico, not AZ. The form that the BP had the father sign (saying that the girl was in good health) was in English and was translated into Spanish verbally. The problem was that the father’s first language was not Spanish – it was a Mayan language called Q,eqchi’. My guess is that his Spanish is limited.
Don’t want to die, don’t break the law. Build the dammed wall and they will stop coming, there is a right and legal way to enter the U.S.
