Founded in Washington in 2012, Mfused has been a trailblazer in the cannabis industry since its inception. Its initial launch in Arizona took the market by storm; delivering high-quality concentrate and proprietary batteries that preserved the quality of oil at high temperatures. Then came the introduction of the Super Fog collection; high potency concentrate made from THCa diamonds and live resin terpenes.
With no sign of slowing down, Mfused has a new product to share; the FC Super Fog Collection done in collaboration with Seattle-based muralist, Shogo Ota. Originally from Japan, Ota’s work has become a Seattle staple; blending traditional Japanese styles with contemporary ones. In 2026, Ota designed Seattle’s official FIFA World Cup poster; where six matches will be held this summer. The poster features a stunning blend of blues and greens that showcase the city’s skyline, Mt. Rainier and a whale diving into water.
“I approach every collaboration as an opportunity to create something that feels specific to the place, the people and the moment,” said Shogo Ota. “Working with Mfused on the FC Super Fog collection was a chance to bring together Pacific Northwest identity, soccer culture, and a brand that genuinely understands how to connect with its community. The pattern we built together is designed to feel like it belongs: on the product, on the jersey, on the wall. I’m proud of what we made.” The frenetic nature of FIFA and the culture of the Pacific Northwest were integral to the launch of the FC Super Fog Collection.
“When we started thinking about FC Super Fog, we knew the creative had to be exceptional,” said Yung Tan, co-founder and CEO of Mfused in a recent press release. “Bringing in Shogo was the move that made everything click. His work carries the DNA of the Pacific Northwest in a way that felt completely authentic to us. This isn’t a campaign we slapped on a product. It’s a fully realized creative world that reflects our brand ethos.”
Each of the four products in the FC Super Fog collection feature limited packaging, the Super Fog’s proprietary all-in-one battery device with smart temperature controls, a newly designed high-performance 510 battery, ION cartridges and infused prerolls; all exclusively available in Arizona and Maryland. Merchandise like jerseys, scarves, soccer balls, pins and more, will also be available.
With the launch of the new collection, Mfused is also releasing a short documentary called “Shogo Oto x SuperFog” that discusses Ota’s relationships with Washington and Japan, how the Super Fog collection transformed the cannabis industry, and Shin’s take on how the collaboration was brought into fruition.
The FC Super Fog launched on May 18 in Washington, Arizona, New York and Maryland, and will run through August 15th. For additional information, visit mfused.com.
