Tucson is minus one fine dining establishment today, as Anthony’s in the Catalinas has announced their closing via Facebook and a message on their voicemail. It would seem something motivated an immediate shutdown, since there has been no word of a final run of meals or anything commemorating their 25+ years in business, plus their website is currently showing an error likely resulting from someone quickly pulling down the existing content.

More news as we get it.

The editor of the Tucson Weekly. I have no idea how I got here.

I just found out from a friend who works at the IRS.
There has been a tax lien put on this property by the IRS.
The owner’s wife has not paid taxes since 2009.
She made over $600,00 thousand dollars during that time.

IRS has secured all the equipment and wine.
They will be selling all of the items in the next few weeks.
We should be able to get the wine at least half off.
    Good Luck

    GG
