He was a poet on the field and a beautiful man. As quiet as he was he didn’t back down in the face of racism. He also almost single handedly destroyed my Orioles in the World Series. That throw into third might have been the one that caught Robinson. Willie Mays like with a glove. A great “What might have been.”, story. Thank you.
