We’ve been following along as the new food truck Kadooks! slowly comes together. It will specialize in Costa Rican fare when the owners get it road-ready, adding yet another interesting and novel option for fans of Tucson’s mobile-food movement.
The owners are even taking a trip to Costa Rica soon to gather recipes. That’s the kind of dedication we like to see.
