The May 1 Coalition, reminding us that it’s perfectly acceptable to get radical as often as possible, bring us the May 1 gathering every year. This year, on Friday, May 1, the march starts at 5 p.m. at Santa Rita Park at 22nd Street and Fourth Avenue and goes to Mirasol Park at 29th Street and Mountain Avenue. The themes at this year’s march are the Fight for $15 and union for al all workers, stopping deportations and family unity and border violence and of course, more. There’s always more. There will be food, music and speakers. For more info, go to derechoshumanosaz.net.

  1. Hey Jimmy, Boy!

People hare having a hard time “making ends meet” precisely because, for decades, YOU and the rest of THESE Sensational Folks have worked hard to “aid and abet, entice and invite, and otherwise to encourage the illegal entry of Impoverished Mexicans for both political and economic exploitation.”

The MORE people who compete for jobs, the lower the wage and the harder time working folks have in “making ends meet.”

    Savvy?

Wasn’t that Steinbeck’s lesson in “Grapes of Wrath?”

WHY do YOU think Tucson is “Numero Cinco ” on the poverty list?

YOU are no more than a “useful idiot” and a “tool” for right wing, republican cheap labor business interests!
