This week’s Neighborhood Nosh will help answer “What’s for dinner?” as well as, “What’s on tap?”

CN Bistro and Deli

Starting with early morning and lunch options, CN Bistro and Deli boasts “Eastern European Cuisine and Jewish with a European Twist,” where you can get a bagel topped with tomato, onion, cucumber, olives and cream cheese or a traditional bagel with lox ($7.99). The market that greets you offers a wide variety of Eastern European products as well as fresh bread and Kosher items. Nestled in the back, the bistro serves up the traditional Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, pickled sauerkraut and Russian dressing on rye with a pickle and a side item ($9.99).

When you walk into First Watch, the first thing you see is a server with a smile. They offer you a warm chocolate chip cookie in the cozy space that has a faint aroma of eucalyptus. This restaurant is the perfect respite to relax in the middle of a hard day, especially with their hearty juice bar featuring the Day-Glow, made of carrot, orange and lemon juices with organic ginger ($3.99), or a stack of sumptuous lemon ricotta pancakes ($8.79). The lunch special of sandwiches, soups and salads will surely satisfy everyone in your party with options like half of a ham and gruyere melt and a bowl of tomato basil soup; or a super-food kale salad with the soup of the day ($7.79).

Baggin’s Gourmet Sandwiches

3) Baggin’s Gourmet Sandwiches contribution is the “Unforgettable Baggin’s,” with roasted turkey, cream cheese, mayo, bacon, sprouts, tomatoes and avocado on 12-grain bread ($8.25). A grilled sandwiches menu tosses out the Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese ($5.55) if you are feeling bold. They also have a full menu of bread bowl sandwiches that includes the Gourmet Cobb ($9.59,) Gourmet Garden ($6.49) or Almond Albacore Tuna ($8.59). They also have a build-your-own sandwich menu ($6.79-$8.75) and a slew of desserts like their homemade rum cake ($2.59).

Sentinel Peak Brewery

Sentinel Peak is not just a beer hall, but features a bevy of bites including the “Dunkel Brat” ($9.89), using their homemade brew Dew Point Dunkel. The barbeque brisket is smothered in their homemade barbeque sauce ($9.89), flatbread pizzas ($11.59) and a chicken gorgonzola sandwich ($9.29) are just some of the tasty treats you will find on the menu. They also have beer suggestions listed on the menu to go with your favorite order.
