STAFF PICK: Once upon a time when you dashed into a bagel
shop for a morning snack, your biggest challenge was to choose
from one of four different bagel varieties, and then make the
supreme with-or-without cream cheese decision. Walk into Einstein's
Bros. Bagels with the notion of a quick pick-me-up, however,
and be prepared to stand in awe and consternation for several
minutes as you work through the multitude of bagel-and-spread
permutations. In the mood for something sweet? Try a chocolate-chip
bagel with honey-walnut cream cheese. Prefer something savory?
