Listings LABOR DAY RUN. The Southern Arizona Roadrunners present the 29th Annual Saguaro National Park East Labor Day Eight Mile Run and Two Mile Fun Run/Walk. The Run/Walk begins at 6:30 a.m., 6:15 a.m. for wheelchairs, Monday, September 7 at the Saguaro National Park East Visitors Center. The course is a scenic paved road loop over rolling hills inside the National Park. Roads are closed to vehicular traffic during the event. The beneficiary of the event is The Children's Fitness Fund, administered by the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona. Late Registration and Packet Pick Up is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday September 5, 1998. Fees on Saturday are $17 for the Eight Mile, $14 for SAR members, and $11 for the Two Mile, $9 for SAR members. Race Day registration begins at 5:30 a.m. and the fee is $20 for the Eight Mile, and $12 for the Two Mile. A T-shirt is given to the first 500 registered runners and walkers. TUCSON SIDEWINDERS. Tucson Electric Park, 2500 E. Ajo Way. The Sidewinders battle the Fresno Grizzlies September 4 through 7. First pitch is 7 p.m. Tickets range from $3 to $8. Vouchers good for $1 admission to every Monday night game are available at all Circle K stores. Two-for-one tickets are available every Tuesday night for Safeway Club cardholders. Every Wednesday, hot dogs are just 25 cents; and on Thursdays, all beer and soft-drinks are $1 from first pitch until 9 p.m. For more information, call 434-1000.

MAGIC CIRCLE BIKE CHALLENGE. Willcox Community Center. 312 W. Stewart St., Willcox. Rex Allen Day's Inc. hosts the 14th Annual Magic Circle Bike Challenge Saturday, September 5, to benefit the Northern Cochise Community Hospital and glucometers for local diabetics. Beginning at 6 a.m., the Challenge offers three exciting rides and a family fun ride, each at different times and following different routes. There are rest stops along all routes and sag vehicles on the course. The headquarters for the Bike Challenge is the Willcox Community Center, open from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and opening 4 a.m. Saturday, September 5. T-shirts are given to the first 150 pre-paid registered riders and medallions are awarded.
