KXCI CONCERT. Rialto Theatre. 318 E. Congress. Queen Ida and the Bons Temps Zydeco Band with special guest Black Leather Zydeco take the stage on Friday, May 14. Louisiana dinners are served from 7 p.m. on. Advance tickets are $25 for reserved seats, $20 for general admission and $15 for KXCI members, and are available at Hear's Music, Piney Hollow, Zips University, Congress Street Store and KXCI. Admission at the door is $5 more.

PLAZA SUITE SPRING SERIES. St. Philip's Plaza. Campbell Ave. and River Road. The Tucson Jazz Society presents Lisa Thorson from 6 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 16. Tickets are $6 for TJS members, $11 for non-members.

SPRING CONCERT. Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church. 2331 E. Adams St. The Sons of Orpheus present their eighth annual Gala Spring Concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 16. Admission is free.

DESERT BLUEGRASS JAM. The Desert Bluegrass Association holds its monthly jam at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 16, at the Texas T-Bone Restaurant, 8981 E. Tanque Verde Road. Play, sing along, or just listen. All are welcome.

FOOTHILLS WOMEN'S CHORUS. A group of women who love to sing, no auditions required, meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays in the Dove of Peace Lutheran Church, 665 W. Roller Coaster Road. Spring programs include Broadway tunes, pop music and old favorites, performed in front of various organizations and retirement communities. For more information, call 888-1737 or 299-1449.

SINGERS WANTED. The Tucson Girls Chorus is holding auditions from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 1 at the Tucson Girls Chorus Music Center, 4020 E. River Road. Singers must be currently in the first through eighth grade. Call 577-6064 for information.

STRING PLAYERS WANTED. The Civic Orchestra of Tucson, a 60-piece volunteer symphony orchestra starting its 24th season, needs violin, viola, cello, and especially bass players.
