DOWNTOWN SATURDAY. This week's Downtown Saturday Night is a Party at the Heart for all ages on May
1. Activities include the Broadway Underpass Historic Mural Dedication at 5 p.m., a variety of performers including Lalo Guerrero, Kings of Pleasure, Laura Love and more. Look in this week's paper for a special program and map of the evening's festivities.

DRESSAGE SHOW. The Tucson Dressage Club presents their Beat the Heat Show from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 8 and 9 at the Pima County Fairgrounds. Call 762-5624 for information.

FLANDRAU SCIENCE CENTER. UA campus. 621-STAR. The April shows are: In Search of New Worlds, Under Arizona Skies, Adventures in the Solar System, Our Place in Space and Light Years from Andromeda. Exhibit admission is $3, $2 for children 14 and under, or free with a theater ticket purchase. Telescope viewing is free. Daytime exhibit hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday; evening hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. FOOD FAIR. Visit Plaza Palomino, on the corner of Fort Lowell and Swan roads, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturdays for their gourmet food fairs.
