At Dasmen Residential, we believe apartment communities are more than just buildings – they are the foundation of neighborhoods where individuals and families thrive, friendships are built, and people feel at home. That belief drives the work my team and I do every day here in Tucson.
I’ve been in property management for 15 years, and one thing has never changed: my commitment to honesty and a genuine desire to help. When I joined Dasmen in 2023, I was impressed by the company’s culture of care. Since then, I’ve been proud to serve as an Area Manager and Regional Vice President, overseeing our four Tucson communities.
Our Tucson properties include Sedona Springs, a 408-unit property located at 373 North Wilmot Road; Sienna Ridge, with 305 units at 5353 East 22nd Street; Summit Ridge, which has 360 units at 1252 Craycroft Road; and Verrano Park, a more intimate 93-unit community at 6850 East Golf Links Road. Together, they are home to thousands of Tucson residents and play a vital role in the city’s housing landscape.
With 18 dedicated team members who live and work locally, we are deeply invested in Tucson. Our staff members care about our residents because this is their community too. That local connection shapes how we respond to challenges and opportunities alike.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. People lose jobs, face unexpected medical bills, or struggle to balance family responsibilities. When those challenges arise, our focus is on keeping families in their homes and reducing stress — not adding to it.
To accomplish this, we go beyond traditional property management practices. When residents fall behind on rent, we help them apply for rental assistance programs to access the resources they need. By reaching out to residents early when we notice potential issues, we give them the time and space to address concerns before they escalate into crises.
Our support extends beyond rent. We regularly connect families to local nonprofits and community programs that can assist with essentials like food, utilities, and childcare. We schedule meetings at times that work for our residents’ busy lives, and we make ourselves available on site to listen, answer questions, and explain lease terms clearly and compassionately.
These efforts create stability and trust. By partnering with our residents, we help build a sense of community that goes far beyond paying rent on the first of the month.
We are proud of the quality of life we provide at Sedona Springs and across all our Tucson properties. While challenges will always arise, our team is committed to addressing issues quickly and with care.
At Dasmen Residential, our goal is simple: to ensure our communities are safe, family-friendly, and welcoming — places where our residents don’t just live, but truly belong.
If you’re looking for a community to call, I hope you’ll reach out to one of our four communities: Sedona Springs, Sienna Ridge, Summit Ridge, or Verrano Park. It would be our pleasure to discuss your housing needs with you.
