Bertrand's Books
120 E. Congress St.

STAFF PICK: We all know it; we've been told about the traps and troubles of television since we were old enough to "touch that dial." Parents around the world have been admonishing their kids with such tried and true slogans as It's bad for your eyes; There's nothing but junk on; Go outside and play. For those who no longer live under the benefit of the benevolent familial dictatorship, there's Bertrand's Books. Their catchy and chastising slogan greets us every time we take a walk for a morning bagel: "T.V. Sucks. Buy Books." How can you not go inside?
