In the sea of perk purveyors in town that mix a little milk with some mild house blend and a gob of Hershey's syrup and call it a mocha, the Iguana takes utmost care in combining only the best ingredients. The espresso is nearly gritty, the chocolate dark and thick, the whipped cream rich and real.
