Best Place For A Large Wedding

STAFF PICK: For those planning a wedding where the guest list resembles the phone directory, there's only one place that makes sense: Biosphere 2, off Highway 77 in the almost-Tucson town of Oracle. While only a handful of your closest friends could sustain themselves inside, an unlimited number could watch through the glass walls of the spacy neo-Planet of the Apes glass-and-steel structure. Choose from a variety of eco-zones--savanna, ocean, high- and low-desert, rain forest and intensive agriculture--in which to exchange environmentally-correct wedding vows. Perhaps you could even negotiate a year-long, hermetically sealed honeymoon, safely insulated from the in-laws. Of course, wedding services aren't currently offered by the Biosphere 2 theme park; but with enough interest, we think a generous research grant might, uh, open the door for a truly memorable event up there.
