Best Franchise Salsa

STAFF PICK: You know the tastes of Americans are changing when what was once considered exotic, barely comprehensible food suddenly appears in malls amid the latest schemes to franchise fat into millions in annual revenue. But we're not talking about fat here; we're talking about the decidedly healthy fare at La Salsa, 4851 E. Grant Road. It's a clean, well-lighted place, and fat-heavy it ain't. We especially like the fish tacos--something sure to puzzle Middle America for a few more years, until everybody has tried at least one and figured out they're delicious. The salsa is superb, too. At least five kinds, and you're encouraged to suck down as much as you can handle with your meal. Do it.
