Best Blueberry Pancakes

STAFF PICK: There is something downright devilish about the Foo Foo Pancakes (super-deluxe blueberry pancakes) at the Cup Café, 308 E. 10th St. Granted, this isn't everyday breakfast fare; but when you're ready to treat yourself after a hard week--or a hard night--they can't be beat. Not for the faint-hearted or consistently calorie conscious, these babies are thick and fluffy, covered with whipped cream and chock full of big, juicy berries fresh from the pine forests of the Pacific Northwest. Whether you take them straight up with the slightly melting sweet cream drizzling down the sides or pour it on with an order of real maple syrup, this three-cake stack is a slim slice o' Heaven. Tempt fate. Because sometimes granola and yogurt just won't do.
