The WomanKraft Art Center, 388 S. Stone Ave., was founded in 1974 with a mission to empower women and other underrepresented groups. The nonprofit regularly hosts workshops, events and galleries with a grassroots approach. To raise money for improvements to the center, they will host a rummage sale on Friday, Aug. 14 and Saturday, Aug. 15, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bargains on art supplies, kitchenware, gifts, books and just about everything else you can think of will be on sale.
