The title’s pun offers a fairly accurate critique of this cinematic schlock. Larry the Cable Guy returns with crude racist quips and a heightened awareness of bodily functions, this time as a hillbilly sheriff who thinks a voluptuous vixen (Ivana Milicevic) surrounded by men in black is a damsel in distress. However, the contrived joke is on him, since she is actually a former number cruncher with dirt on a money-skimming slimeball; she’s being guarded by the feds in the witness-protection program. Joe Mantegna makes an embarrassing cameo as a flamboyant mad scientist in this intellectually deprived mess by writer/director Charles Robert Carner.
