Want Some Funny Kondabolu?

Thursday, Oct. 23, 7 p.m.

Common Ground Alliance is bringing political comic Hari Kondabolu to the UA Student Union South Ballroom, Thursday, Oct. 23, 7 p.m. The Brooklyn-based, Queens-raised comic, who the New York Times called "one of the most exciting political comics in stand-up today," has a particular brand of humor that touches on race, immigrants and other sometimes uncomfortable spaces in the U.S. Kondabolu, a former community organizer, has done standup on the Late Show with David Letterman, Conan, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Live at Gotham and John Oliver's New York Standup Show. The UA show is free. For more on the comic, visit his page at www.harikondabolu.com.
