Four Master of Fine Arts graduate and nine studio art undergraduate UA students will showcase their spring 2016 video art and experimental documentary projects in "VARIANCE" on Thursday, May 5. The screening, hosted at The Loft Cinema (3233 E. Speedway Blvd.), features the use of various video formats, including long shots, mise-en-scene, and collage, and explores diverse themes each individual to each artist's creativity. It's one showing only, so be sure to catch it before it's gone. "VARIANCE" starts at 11:45 a.m. and admission is free. Check out www.loftcinema.com/film/variance/ for more information.
