Dante Lauretta, principal investigator of the ORSIRIS-REx asteroid mission, gives a presentation, followed by a screening of Armageddon, starring Bruce Willis and a crew racing to prevent an asteroid from hitting Earth, from 6 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 7; free. In case of rain, the event takes place at the Kuiper Space Science Building, 1629 E. University Blvd.
