Tucson Folk Festival
A kickoff party for the Tucson Folk Festival takes place from 6 to 10 p.m., Friday, April 30, in the Old Town Artisans courtyard. $5 suggested donation. Call 623-6024 for more information. More than 400 musicians will be featured at the Tucson Folk Festival starting at noon, Saturday, May 1; and 11 a.m., Sunday, May 2. Performances take place on stages at El Presidio Park, the Pima County Courthouse, Tucson Museum of Art and Old Town Artisans. Admission is free. Visit www.tkma.org for more information.
