Thriller dance record gathering

It's Halloween season, and that means it's also time for a Thriller dance. In Tucson, it's happening at the Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa, 3800 E. Sunrise Dr., on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 3 to 3:30 p.m. with Thrill the World, an attempt to break a Guinness World Record of largest choreographed simultaneous Thriller dance happening around the world. The current record is 22,571 people in 264 cities from 33 countries at the same time in 2009. Expectations: Bring a minimum of one canned food item for the Community Food Bank; learn the dance (https://thrilltheworld.com/video-links); and if you arrive after 2 p.m. you will not be allowed to participate.
