The Hockney-Falco Thesis, Presented By Dr. Charles Falco

Dr. Charles M. Falco, from the College of Optical Sciences will explore how light has influenced art. He’ll discuss research that suggests that as early as 1430 artists were using mirrors and lenses to project objects onto their canvases, aiding in the painting process.
