Also at 610 N. Grande Ave. (792-2282). It's an undeniable formula for success: great food at seriously low prices. The salsa bar's cool, and the service is quick and friendly. There's no decor to speak of, however: This is a place to go when you're craving good Mexican food, and you don't want to bust your budget. (2-21-08)
