Stories of Asana (Yoga Postures) with Anthony Tribe, PhD, RYT 200

When: Sun., Oct. 18, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 2015

Many of the Sanskrit names of postures have stories behind them. In this workshop we will explore these stories: those of individual posture names, and also the broader story of yoga postures. Together, they will give us a deeper appreciation and understanding of āsana practice in yoga.
