I am a conservative and Republican. I think universal voting by mail and early voting are both ideas that sound good but are actually dangerous. Too much opportunity to wrongly influence, harvest, or to otherwise nullify votes. I have been disabled all my life, and yet I have made the effort to show up and vote on election day along with fellow citizens in my town, state ad Federal elections for over 45 years. Any person from any party should vote, and should be allowed to do so if they are properly registered to vote, and legal U.S. citizens.
I have lived in Tucson for over nine years after being born in Philadelphia and moving at the age of 4 to Chicago with my family; I lived in Chicago for 50 years and at college in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois for six. I used voting by mail when necessary, but I DO NOT favor early voting any more. I don't think any US citizen should either. THINK!!! Here's why, according to a 2018 article by Alan Korwin:

"The Supreme Court is wrong to have allowed and upheld Roe V. Wade, just as they were wrong in the Dred Scott case which claimed that Negroes, slave or free, had no right to be citizens of the United States, which led led to the Civil War, but which eventually led to the 13th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution. These in efect overturned the Dred Scott decision.
"In March of 1857, the United States Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, declared that all blacks -- slaves as well as free -- were not and could never become citizens of the United States. The court also declared the 1820 Missouri Compromise unconstitutional, thus permiting slavery in all of the country's territories.
"The case before the court was that of Dred Scott v. Sanford. Dred Scott, a slave who had lived in the free state of Illinois and the free territory of Wisconsin before moving back to the slave state of Missouri, had appealed to the Supreme Court in hopes of being granted his freedom.
"Taney -- a staunch supporter of slavery and intent on protecting southerners from northern aggression -- wrote in the Court's majority opinion that, because Scott was black, he was not a citizen and therefore had no right to sue. The framers of the Constitution, he wrote, believed that blacks "had no rights which the white man was bound to respect; and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit. He was bought and sold and treated as an ordinary article of merchandise and traffic, whenever profit could be made by it."
"Referring to the language in the Declaration of Independence that includes the phrase, "all men are created equal," Taney reasoned that "it is too clear for dispute, that the enslaved African race were not intended to be included, and formed no part of the people who framed and adopted this declaration. . . ."
"Abolitionists were incensed. Although disappointed, Frederick Douglass, found a bright side to the decision and announced, "my hopes were never brighter than now." For Douglass, the decision would bring slavery to the attention of the nation and was a step toward slavery's ultimate destruction."

Why don't you fight for unborn women being murdered daily in the womb., since you claim to fight for women? Abortion is not a right just because the Supreme Court wrongly says it is.I The embryo is unique from the mother and father at conception. That is a medical and scientific fact. The only difference is its need for protection during early development. Justice Blackmun said in Roe v. Wade majority opinion that if it could be proven that the unborn is human, then the right to abortion on deman goes away because the child has a right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness, the right to due process under the 14th Amendment.
You were protected by your mother. Why not grant the same protection to preborn women and men? Promote the private organizations that actually provide health care and social services to women and their babies with the tax money current being given to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers to kill the child in the womb and now even after birth. Thank you to Prescient Trump and Senator McSally for doing what their consciences impel them to do to fight the evil of abortion on demand. They are doing exactly what I elected them to do.
I am ashamed that the lie "Abortion is essential because abortion is heath care" is still being spoken and believed. Abortion is neither essential nor is it health care. It is murder masquerading as health care! What is the thing in the womb that you demand the right to abort. It is a genetically unique human being from the moment of fertilization. It needs the mother to protect it while the child is developing, not to be killed because it is seen as unwanted, while it is defenseless and voiceless. What about the rights of unborn women babies? What about all the unborn descendants of those aborted women? Democrats want more taxes, yet they blindly murder future American tax payers that they claim to care about! Thank you to President Trump, Senator McSally, and all who stand up for the unborn and against the evil of abortion on demand.
I don't believe that President Obama was born in Kenya oh, but I do now believe that he was ineligible to be President for another reason. The Constitution says that the only people eligible for the presidency are those who are natural born citizens of the United States. It is clear what Benjamin Franklin meant by natural born citizen: The Source he quoted Define the natural born citizen as one who is born to, not just one citizen, but two citizen parents who were both born in the country. All other governmental offices do not have that requirement. According to my understanding, Mr Obama had one parent who was born in Kenya, so he, in fact, was not legally eligible to be President. He was never disqualified because most people , even politicians and election officials did not and do not know what is meant by "natural born citizen." Also, during the campaign for Mr Obama's second term there were one or two candidates on the Republican side who were not eligible for similar reasons, but Democrats didn't wish to bring that up because if they did, President Obama's eligibility would then have been questioned. I don't have access to the link at the moment but I think if you search "Alan Korwin" and "natural born citizen" or "presidential eligibility," you will find his very clear essay on the topic. Ah, I quickly searched and found the Korwin white paper here:
