Speak Out

Whore, slut, floosies. These are all words used to describe many modern women in their daily lives. Despite the labels, no one deserves the kind of sexual harassment that comes along with them. Take back the words and use them for good at this year's Slutwalk this Saturday, Nov. 14 starting at the Women's Plaza of Honor on UA campus near University Boulevard and Park Avenue.. Take back the night, speak out against victim blaming and hear from fellow sluts as you walk down University Boulevard to Cafe Passe (415 N. Fourth Ave.) where you will hear from speakers about sexual violence and the way it is perpetuated in today's society.
