Slam Poetry Fundraiser

Help raise money for the Tucson Juneteenth Festival Committee at a spoken word fundraiser hosted by The Loft Cinema (3233 E. Speedway Blvd.) on Sunday,  April 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. The fundraiser, held in honor of National Poetry Month, will benefit the Tucson Juneteenth Festival, a celebration of the emancipation of the last American slaves which will be held on June 18 and 19. Tickets are $10. Snacks, wine and beer will be available. Visit loftcinema.com for more details.
