The always-controversial Michael Moore takes on the United States health-care system with his usual bold brilliance and biased rhetoric. He highlights many health-care horrors with compassion and disbelief. He attacks greedy CEOs and corrupt government officials every chance he can. Moore mocks American HMOs while praising the socialist medical practices of other countries. He provides obscure historical footage and a comical soundtrack with genius imagination. But what he doesnt do is acknowledge any instances in which the U.S. health-care system helped someone. Despite cherry-picking facts to suit his thesis, Moores thoroughly entertaining documentary effectively inspires a prescription for change.
