A holiday-themed urban street festival takes place from 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 11. Merchants will compete in a best-dressed window contest; a horrible-sweater contest takes place from 6 to 9 p.m., at Rockin' Queen (45 S. Sixth Ave.); activities at 120 E. Congress St. include a North Pole with Santa Claus, a screening of How the Grinch Stole Christmas; and living statues and stilt-walkers will line Congress Street.
