Saguaro Harvest Workshop

When: Sat., June 21, 7-11 a.m. 2014

Learn to harvest and process saguaro fruit in the traditional way as practiced by the Tohono O’odham. Collect the fruit, prepare and watch a demonstration of syrup-making, and sample a variety of desert foods. Ages 12 and older.
