Rumi Reading & Lecture w/Mahmoud Vahedian Ghaffari

When: Sat., Oct. 11, 7-9 p.m. 2014

A lecture exploring Rumi's life and historical context, followed by a reading from Rumi's master piece, the Mathnavi. The poems will be recited in Persian to transfer the musical and divine feeling of the original work. The verses and stories will then be translated into English as each is recited.
