The Lotus Sutra is one of the most influential scripture in the Buddhist world. However, interpretations vary considerably. Dr. Jiang Wu attempts to approach the Lotus Sutra from the perspective of religious imagination, a neglected but potentially powerful category in religious studies, to gain new insights into this scripture.
