Prickly Pear Harvest Workshop

When: Wed., Sept. 10, 8-11 a.m. 2014

Learn to harvest and process the prickly pear cactus fruit. You’ll learn best methods for collecting the fruit and making juice that can be used in a variety of recipes and taste samples of several desert foods. Ages 12 and up. Fee $15. Reservations required.
