Pose and Pint

Dude, yoga is no longer reserved for pretty girls in yoga pants, somehow acceptable garb for any situation. Everyone, from bros to the rest of us, can reap the benefits of the ancient tradition. Pueblo Vida Brewing Company,115 E. Broadway Blvd., is mixing up a cocktail of meditation and beer every Sunday this summer with their ultimate practice of "Brew-Asana" Their hour-long, gentle yoga class will take place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and costs $5. A pint of craft beer is included after class to take you to that final state of peace. It is suggested that guests arrive 15 minutes early to reserve a spot, bring a yoga mat and their ID.
