Pony Up for Anza Day 

When: Mon., Sept. 2 2013
A party to help fund horses for the annual Anza Day reenactment in October takes place from 5 to 7 p.m., Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2; $20, $15 for ages 11 and younger. A barbecue supper, music, a piñata and more family activities are included. Anza Days celebrate Juan Bautista de Anza's departure from Tubac on the 1776 expedition that led to the founding of San Francisco. Visit pr.state.az.us/parks/TUPR for more information.
