A woman said her boyfriend entered her home and poured bleach on most of her belongings, a Pima County Sheriff's Department report said.
The woman said she was supposed to meet her boyfriend at her apartment, but he called just before she arrived and allegedly told her what he had done. According to the woman, her boyfriend said his actions were retribution for lies she had told.
When she arrived at her home, she found a manila envelope near the doorstep which contained the apartment key she had given to her boyfriend.
Deputies noted a strong odor of bleach inside the home when they responded to the woman's call. They observed bleach on a couch, a rocking chair, the carpet in the master bedroom, the carpet in the master closet, on the woman's bed, all over her clothes and shoes in two closets, and on a case containing a cello.
The woman estimated between $4,000 and $7,000 worth of property had been damaged by the bleach.
Authorities had not contacted the boyfriend at the time of the report.
Vail, May 23, 9:27 a.m.
According to a PCSD report, a man phoned authorities to say that someone had made "graphic" drawings of male genitalia on his property. The man told a PCSD telephone operator that sometime overnight, three pictures of genitals were drawn on his driveway using white paint.
He said that he suspected some young men down the street were responsible, adding that he had yelled at them in the past for speeding in the neighborhood.
The Fluffy Secret
West Overton Road and North La Cholla, May 27, 12:04 p.m.
A woman said the word "fluffy" had been scribbled on objects throughout her neighborhood, a PCSD report stated.
The woman told authorities that someone scribbled the word on her Ford F-150 using silver paint. In addition, she suspected the same person or people of slashing a tire on her second vehicle. The woman said "fluffy" had also appeared on stop signs around her home.
There were no suspects at the time.
