Oasis in the Desert: Programs and Services to End Homelessness

A conference about ways to help homeless people takes place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27; $80, $70 before Friday, Sept. 20. Following a keynote address by mayor Jonathan Rothschild, 12 breakout sessions focus on helping people access basic services, improving services, filling service gaps and developing a five-year plan.
