The whole weekend (Friday, Oct. 31—Sunday, Nov. 2), they are featuring $16 specials, including filet mignon, slow roasted New York strips, salmon and chicken piccata, along with accompaniments. The Tucson Celtic Festival takes place this weekend at Rillito Park, 4502 N. First Ave. Friday is the Celtic Halloween Party, with gates opening at 5 p.m. for trick or treating with and free admission until 6 p.m. Although admission after 6 p.m. is only $8, with proceeds benefitting Tu Nidito, so that's not a bad deal either. The kilt-wearing folks will keep the party going all day and night Saturday as well, then they'll share the park with the farmers market, with the closing ceremonies at 4:15 p.m. Scotch and churros anyone?
