Amelia Grey's Café, 3073 N. Campbell Ave., is scheduled to reopen by January as Prep & Pastry. The owners have linked with local purveyors such as Native Seeds/SEARCH, Maya Tea Co. and Exo coffee roasters to bring "a level of service and quality of food that we feel has been overlooked, especially for breakfast and lunch," a news release said. " Prep & Pastry will feature breakfast and lunch menus, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Hours will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., daily. The restaurant will also offer catering, and a tea service from 2 to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Reservations are required for the tea service.

On New Year's Eve, the five-course prix fixe menu includes, oysters, lobster, New York steak and a Champagne toast. Agustín Kitchen is at 100 S. Avenida del Convento in Mercado San Agustín. Call 398-5382 for reservations.
