Brush Ice?

BrushFire BBQ's eastside location, at 7080 E. 22nd St. is remodeling a meeting room to add an ice cream shop. It's supposed to be open within a couple of months. There could be some interesting flavors to look forward to when barbecue chefs get hold of an ice cream maker. Vanilla/pork belly, anyone? Brisket chip? Check brushfirebbq.com for updates.
