Buzzalini Moves to Maynards

Maynards Market and Kitchen, at 400 N. Toole Ave., has brought on Addam Buzzalini as the new executive chef; the menu will be reworked to reflect his culinary philosophies, said Richard Oseran, co-owner of the restaurant and Hotel Congress. Buzzalini, the former chef of jaxKitchen, will eventually head up The Cup Café inside Hotel Congress as well. "You could put it like this: I live downtown, and there's a need for something unique and spectacular down here," Buzzalini said. "So we're definitely going to kick it up a bit."
