New Owners: Cuvée BistroWhen Mitch Levy opened a second Cuvée World Bistro in Basalt, Colo., I had a feeling that his days in Tucson were numbered. Last week, employees learned that Cuvée is being sold. The new owner is Robert Bossardet, who has corporate food-service experience. For now, the things you love about Cuvée --happy hour, PowerCard, the recipes, the service and manager Kathy Prosser--all remain the same. Cuvee is located at 3352 E. Speedway Blvd.; 881-7577.
